Terms and Conditions – Independent Baseball Tour (FIT Sports)

Article 1 (Liability within the Stadium)

1.1 The organizer shall not be held responsible for any incidents occurring inside the baseball stadium.
1.2 Any injuries or accidents, including but not limited to falling, being hit by a baseball, or other spectator-related risks, shall be the responsibility of the individual participant.
1.3 Guests must follow all stadium rules and instructions; failure to do so may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Article 2 (Scope of the Event)

2.1 This event provides only the game ticket and a meal.
2.2 Participants are responsible for arranging their own personal travel or accident insurance.
2.3 The tour operator does not provide insurance coverage for any personal injury, illness, or loss of property during the event.

Article 3 (Transportation Delays and Refunds)

3.1 If participants are unable to attend the game due to ship or flight delays, a full refund may be issued.
3.2 Participants must submit all relevant supporting documents verifying the delay in order to receive the refund.

Article 4 (Cancellation Policy)

4.1 Free cancellation is available up to eleven (11) days prior to the event date.
4.2 Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Article 5 (Game Schedule Changes)

5.1 Weekend games in Korea may be subject to schedule changes up to two (2) to three (3) weeks in advance.
5.2 For example, a game originally scheduled for 5:00 PM may be changed to 2:00 PM.
5.3 In case of game start time changes, participants will receive an email notification with the updated game time and meeting instructions.

Article 6 (Food and Snacks)

6.1 Snacks provided are valued at approximately KRW 10,000 to KRW 20,000.
6.2 Cream shrimp is normally provided as the official snack; however, it may be substituted depending on circumstances.

Article 7 (Information Delivery)

7.1 All event information, updates, or schedule changes will be provided via email.
7.2 Participants are responsible for checking emails regularly to stay informed.

Article 8 (Force Majeure)

8.1 The organizer shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or inability to attend the event due to force majeure.
8.2 Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government regulations, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events beyond the organizer’s control.

Article 9 (Changes to the Product)

9.1 The contents, services, or components of the product may be subject to change due to operational circumstances.
9.2 Actual tour experience, seating, or included services may differ from images used in marketing materials. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

Article 10 (Overbooking)

10.1 In the event of overbooking, participants may be assigned alternative seats or participation may be limited.
10.2 Participants will be notified in advance whenever possible.

Article 11 (Eligibility)

11.1 This tour is designed for travelers visiting Korea from abroad.
11.2 Reservations may be cancelled if the participant is not a foreign traveler.

Article 12 (Guest Conduct and Staff Interaction)

12.1 Guests must behave respectfully toward all tour staff and representatives.
12.2 Any harassment, abusive behavior, or threats toward staff may result in legal action and/or removal from the tour without refund.

Article 13 (Travel Agency Protection Clause)

13.1 The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or substitute services in case of unforeseen operational or safety issues.
13.2 The organizer cannot be held liable for delays, substitutions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control.
13.3 Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all personal documentation, visa, or health requirements for the tour.
